Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy Biskupice: 1) z nieruchomości zamieszkałych, z wyłączeniem: obiektów użyteczności publicznej, szkół, przedszkoli, lokali handlowych, lokali gastronomicznych, ulicznych punktów szybkiej konsumpcji, zakładów rzemieślniczych, usługowych i produkcyjnych, ogródków działkowych, domu opieki, hoteli, pensjonatów; 2) z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych; 3) z likwidacji „dzikich wysypisk”. 2.
