Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na: 1) odbieraniu bezpośrednio z nieruchomości, transporcie oraz zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych stałych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu Miasta Łowicza w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r.; 2) dostarczaniu worków do selektywnej zbiórki odpadów w okresie trwania umowy, określonych w SOPZ stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, każdorazowo podczas dokonywania odbioru odpadów komunalnych z terenu zabudowy jednorodzinnej, w ilości nie mniejszej niż liczba worków odebranych – system „worek za worek”; 3) odbiorze i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych zebranych w Punkcie Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych znajdującym się na terenie miejskiego składowiska odpadów w miejscowości Jastrzębia, gm. Łowicz. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z danymi dotyczącymi Łowicza oraz ilości wytwarzanych odpadów komunalnych na terenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych jest wyspecyfikowany w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Szacunkowe ilości odpadów komunalnych przewidzianych do odbioru i zagospodarowania wskazane są w formularzu ofertowym, tj. Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ.
