4.1 Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi w zakresie : 1) odbierania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych, położonych na terenie gminy Leśna oraz ich transport do Regionalnej Instalacji Przetwarzania Odpadów Komunalnych w Lubaniu- Centrum Utylizacji Odpadów gmin Łużyckich przy ul. Bazaltowej 1 w Lubaniu; 2) wyposażenie Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w kontenery; 3) odbiór na zlecenie poprzez BDO odpadów z PSZOK i ich transport do RIPOK w Lubaniu; 4) mobilnej zbiórki odpadów wielkogabarytowych. 4.2 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, znajduje się w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (SOPZ) - Załącznik 1 do niniejszej SWZ. 4.3 Oznaczenie wg Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień CPV. 90500000 – 2 Usługi związane z odpadami, 90511000 – 2 Usługi wywozu odpadów, 90513100 – 7 Usługi wywozu odpadów pochodzących z gospodarstw domowych, 90512000 – 9 Usługi transportu odpadów, 90511300 – 4 Usługi zbierania śmieci.
