Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny odbiór oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 - Inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11, wytwarzanych w Zakładzie Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Lulkowie. Oferowany sposób zagospodarowania odpadu musi być zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawa oraz procesami odzysku wyszczególnionymi w załączniku nr 1 do ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 roku o odpadach (t.j. Dz. U. z 2023 r., poz. 1587 ze zm.). Szacunkowa ilość odpadu, która zostanie przekazana Wykonawcy w okresie obowiązywania umowy, tj. od daty podpisania do 31.12.2026 r. wyniesie 2 000 Mg + 200 Mg (prawo opcji).
