4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: odbiór, transport i przekazanie do instalacji odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Głusk oraz odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów z punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych (PSZOK) zlokalizowanego Lublin ul. Głuska 256 w okresie od dnia 01.01.2027r. –31.12.2028r. 4.2. Przedmiotem jest świadczenie usług odbioru i transportu odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Głusk i przekazanie odpadów do Instalacji wskazanych przez Zamawiającego oraz odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów z punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych (PSZOK) zlokalizowanego Lublin ul. Głuska 256. Zakres zamówienia nie obejmuje odbioru odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości niezamieszkałych a generujących odpady komunalne np. podmioty gospodarcze i instytucje. 4.3. Od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do odbioru każdej ilości odpadów komunalnych wytworzonych na terenie tych nieruchomości, zebranych w sposób i na zasadach określonych Regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie gminy Głusk 4.4. Szczegółowy sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia wskazano w załączniku nr 8 do SWZ oraz projekcie umowy. 4.5. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów komunalnych przeznaczona do odbioru oraz przekazania do zagospodarowania w ramach niniejszego zamówienia wynosi 10 643,3497Mg. zakres podstawowy) oraz dodatkowo 3193,0077 Mg (objęta prawem opcji).
