1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Chodel w 2027 roku. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: a) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od wszystkich właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych; b) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych; c) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych wielkogabarytowych oraz zużytego sprzętu energoelektronicznego bezpośrednio sprzed nieruchomości zamieszkałych (zbierane raz w roku). 2. Zamówienie należy wykonać zgodnie z szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ z uwzględnieniem zapisów SWZ oraz wzoru umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
