Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na odbieraniu, transporcie i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych, położonych na terenie gminy Janów Lubelski oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych. Szacowana ilość odpadów komunalnych wynosi – 4 200 Mg. Podane ilości odpadów komunalnych, tj. 4 500 Mg mają na celu umożliwienie Wykonawcy przygotowania oferty. Rzeczywiste ilości odebranych odpadów mogą ulec zmniejszeniu lub zwiększeniu o maksymalnie 10%. Rozliczenia między Zamawiającym a Wykonawcą będą odbywały się w oparciu o ilości faktycznie odebranych odpadów. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ.
