Przedmiotem zamówienia jest obsługi Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (dalej: PSZOK) poprzez odbiór odpadów komunalnych selektywnie zebranych i dostarczonych przez mieszkańców do PSZOK-u, zgodnie z zapisami uchwały nr LXXXI/506/22 Rady Miejskiej w Bogatyni z dnia 31 marca 2022 r., który mieści się przy ul. Zgorzeleckiej w Bogatyni.Szacowana ilość odpadów zebranych w PSZOK wynosi ok. 903,5 Mg/rok. Ilość faktycznie wytwarzanych odpadów nie jest zależna od Zamawiającego. Podana ilość jest szacunkowa i może ulec zmianie stosownie do rzeczywistych potrzeb Zamawiającego. Podaną ilość należy traktować jako orientacyjną. Wykonawcy nie przysługuje prawo odszkodowania za nieosiągnięcie wskazanej wielkości lub jej przekroczenia.
