Km 1+900 (przejście dla zwierząt) do 2+130,5 (skrzydło mostu) w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu w ramach zadania: "PT i budowa łącznika" na podstawie dokumentacji sporządzonej przez biuro projektowe Polska Inżynieria Sp. z o.o., 02-002 Warszawa ul. Nowogrodzka 62B, lok. 19, która zawierającej: 1) projekt naprawy zsuwów powierzchniowych na nasypie od strony wschodniej na dojeździe do mostu od strony północnej, od pik. ok. 1+900 do pik. ok. 2+130,50; 2) specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych. B. Zakres robót obejmuje wykonanie: 1) robót odwodnieniowych; 2) odbudowy skarpy nasypu w miejscu obecnego osuwiska wraz z obsianiem trawą; 3) ogrodzenie. C. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają w szczególności: niniejsza SWZ, projektowane postanowienia umowy (PPU), udostępniona dokumentacja. Nadto, Zamawiający udostępnia przedmiar robót jako element wspierający Wykonawcę w rzetelnym skalkulowaniu ceny (celem ułatwienia i usprawnienia procesu kalkulacji ryczałtowej ceny ofertowej). Zgodnie z zapisami SWZ oraz Projektowanymi Postanowieniami Umowy (PPU), w niniejszym postępowaniu obowiązuje wynagrodzenie ryczałtowe, w związku z czym przedmiar robót nie stanowi wyłącznej podstawy do określenia pełnego zakresu robót, a Wykonawca – działając z należytą starannością zawodową – obowiązany jest do wyceny całości przedmiotu zamówienia w oparciu o pełną dokumentację zamówienia oraz zasady sztuki budowlanej, celem osiągnięcia pełnego zamierzenia budowlanego.
