Original language: csPředmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dodávky extra lehkého topného oleje (dále jen „TOEL“) do nadzemních zásobníků (2x 35 000 litrů) pro potřeby zadavatele v předpokládaném množství 300 000 litrů po dobu účinnosti Rámcové dohody. TOEL musí splňovat jakostní parametry a podmínky specifikované v Rámcové dohodě, která je přílohou č. 2 zadávací dokumentace (použitelný jako palivo pro výrobu tepla v kotlích Bosch s hořáky Weishaupt WM-L 20/2-A, provedení T.- 3LN). Cílem realizace veřejné zakázky je uzavření Rámcové dohody mezi zadavatelem a jedním vybraným dodavatelem na dobu určitou, nejdéle do 31. 1. 2027, na základě, které bude následně zadavatel v souladu s § 132 odst. 4 ZVZZ uzavírat průběžně jednotlivé kupní smlouvy (objednávky) jejichž závazný vzor je přílohou č. 3 zadávací dokumentace na výše uvedený předmět plnění. Uvedený předpokládaný objem dodávek je pouze indikativní, nemusí být vyčerpán (ale nesmí být překročen) a skutečný objem bude záviset na aktuálních provozních potřebách zadavatele.
