The subject of the order, part I, includes the collection, transport, and management of the following waste: a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01); b) mixed packaging waste made of metals, plastics, and multi-material packaging (code 15 01 06). 2. Pursuant to Art. 95 sec. 1 and Art. 438 of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor, subcontractor, or further subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974 – Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), persons performing the following activities within the scope of the order, i.e., in the scope of unloading waste, weighing, and potential transport of waste to alternative facilities.
