Předmětem zakázky je rámcová dohoda na odstraňování následků dopravních nehod, tj. opravy zádržných systémů a další součásti a příslušenství dálnice po dopravních nehodách pro SSÚD 22, 23. Zakázka (rámcová dohoda) je vypisována z důvodu zajištění oprav poškození na bezpečnostních zařízeních a vybavení pozemních komunikací, tj. zádržných systémů (svodidel) a dále k zajištění oprav drobných škod vzniklých v důsledku dopravních nehod. Opravy výše uvedených zařízení a škod je nutné provádět z důvodu trvalého zajištění požadovaných bezpečnostních standardů PK, pro zajištění správné funkčnosti bezpečnostních zařízení a vybavení PK, ale i PK jako celku, tj. všech součástí a vybavení PK, u kterých při DN běžně dochází k poškození (povrchová kanalizace, šachty, nezpevněná krajnice apod). Opravy je nutné provádět pravidelně vždy po dopravní nehodě, protože při provozu na PK k dopravním nehodám přirozeně dochází. Vzhledem k tomu, že výskyt dopravních nehod nelze předvídat, je nutné mít opravy smluvně zajištěny právě rámcovou dohodou. Rámcová dohoda rovněž slouží pro zasmluvnění neprodleného odstraňování havarijních stavů bezpečnostního vybavení.
