Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je odvoz zdravotnického odpadu ze shromažďovacího místa a podávání hlášení do systému SEPNO ISPOP dle zákona č. 541/2020., o odpadech. Zadavatel předpokládá, že vyprodukuje odpady v množství a specifikaci dle přílohy č. 2 (Technické podmínky) této zadávací dokumentace. Předpokládaný objem byl stanoven na základě produkce odpadů zadavatele z předcházejících let. Skutečné vyprodukované množství odpadů se bude odvíjet od aktuální situace zadavatele. Konkrétní specifikace je uvedena v příloze č. 2 zadávací dokumentace „Příloha č. 2 Technické podmínky“. Nakládání s komunálním odpadem a nebezpečným odpadem musí být prováděno v souladu s ustanoveními zákona č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech, dále zákona č. 258/2000 Sb., o ochraně veřejného zdraví a o změně některých souvisejících zákonů a příslušných provádějících předpisů k nakládání s odpady ze zdravotnictví, zejména Vyhláška č. 306/2012 Sb., o podmínkách předcházení vzniku a šíření infekčních onemocnění a o hygienických požadavcích na provoz zdravotnických zařízení a ústavů sociální péče. Zadavatel požaduje, aby byl nebezpečný zdravotnický odpad odvážen v zimním období 2x týdně, v letním období 3x týdně. Konkrétní termíny svozu jednotlivých kategorií odpadu budou upřesněny s vybraným dodavatelem. Podáním nabídky do veřejné zakázky dodavatel potvrzuje, že plnění realizované dodavatelem splňuje veškeré podmínky požadované zadavatelem v příloze č. 2 této zadávací dokumentace.
