Therefore, please use exclusively the contact details of the tendering institution from the announcement when you: This announcement serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of § 130a Para. 8 Sentence 1 Social Code, Book Five (SGB V) (rebate agreements). According to § 130a Para. 8 Sentence 1 SGB V, the invitation to participate is directed only at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or consortia of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 Para. 18 Medicines Act (AMG). This is not an open procedure, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join rebate agreements with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the amount of the rebate. An unlimited number of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or consortia of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 Para. 18 Medicines Act (AMG) can become contract partners. The conclusion of a contract or joining is done by sending the required completed self-declarations or proofs, as well as the contract or contracts either a) signed by hand (written form according to § 126 BGB) by post or b) with a qualified electronic signature (§ 126a BGB) via email to openhouse.rabattvertrag2026-12@kbs.de to the KBS. The earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026, provided that the contract and the required declarations or proofs are received by KBS no later than 12.11.2026. The contract start date is the 1st of the month following the month of receipt of the contract and the required declarations or proofs at KBS, provided that receipt occurs by the 5th of a month; otherwise, it is the 1st of the month after next. The contracts automatically expire without the need for termination as soon as contract partners for the active ingredient(s) or active ingredient combination(s) are determined through a formal procurement procedure. The closing date for receipt of applications to join is 05.10.2028. In any case, the contracts will end on 30.11.2028.
