Original language: GermanGegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Dienstleistungen in der Holzernte (Holzeinschlag und Holzbringung). •Die durchschnittliche jährliche Hiebsfläche beläuft sich auf 133 ha. •Die geplante Jahresmenge an Holzernte (Holzeinschlag und Holzbringung) beläuft sich auf 4.850 Fm. •Die geplante Jahresmenge an reiner Holzbringung beläuft sich auf 1.600 Fm. ---- Ablauf des Verfahrens: 1.Stufe: Förmliches Vergabeverfahren: Alle geeigneten Bewerber gelangen in den Unternehmerpool. Das heißt, mit allen geeigneten Unternehmern wird ein gleichlautender Rahmenvertrag abgeschlossen. In der ersten Stufe wird nur die Eignung der Unternehmen überprüft. Es gibt keine Preiskomponente. Die Laufzeit der Rahmenverträge beträgt 12 Monate mit 3-maliger Verlängerungsoption. 2. Stufe: Abruf aus dem Rahmenvertrag: Die AG bereitet einen Einzelabruf („Miniwettbewerb“) vor. Hierbei erhalten alle Poolteilnehmer per E-Mail Leistungsverzeichnisse und werden zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert. Nach Ablauf der Angebotsfrist erhält der Bieter mit dem niedrigsten Preis den Zuschlag für den jeweiligen Einzelauftrag. Nach Durchführung des Auftrages wird die Leistung durch die AG abgenommen und eine Lieferantenbeurteilung erstellt.
