Den udbudte Rammeaftale dækker indkøb af varmdriksløsninger samt teknisk service og reparation. Leverandøren skal yde en garanti på to år på nyindkøbte varmdriksløsninger. I samme periode indgår Etablissement- og Terrænkommandoen ("ETK") og Leverandøren en serviceaftale, der inkluderer al teknisk service og reparation. Serviceaftalen omfatter en option på at forlænge serviceaftaler for de nyindkøbte varmdriksløsninger i 2 x 24 måneder, det vil sige år 3 og 4 og år 5 og 6. Af hensyn til Rammeaftalens økonomiske omfang skal indkøb foretaget af Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse og Ministeriet for Samfundssikkerhed og Beredskab registreres af ETK's center for Indkøb. Rammeaftalen dækker ikke Grønland og Færøerne.
