Original language: daUdbuddet omfatter modtagelse og sortering af deponeringsegnet affald, som indsamles på Ordregivers fem (5) genbrugspladser samt efterfølgende afsætning af frasorterede ikke-deponeringsegnede fraktioner. Herefter skal Tilbudsgiver forestå omlastning, deklarering og transport af den frasorterede del af deponeringsegnet affald til Deponi Syd I/S. Affaldsfraktionen sorteres på genbrugspladserne som deponeringsegnet affald fra både erhverv og private, og vil overvejende bestå af deponeringsegnet affald, hvoraf fraktionen ligeledes vil bestå af ikke-deponeringsegnet fraktioner, som Tilbudsgiver skal udsortere. Tilbudsgiver skal forestå en udsortering af elementer indeholdt i fraktionen, der kan defineres under affaldshierarkiet som egnet til genbrug, forberedelse med henblik på genbrug, genanvendelse eller anden nyttiggørelse, jf. Affaldsbekendtgørelsens § 12. Efter udsorteringen af fraktionen, skal Tilbudsgiver selv forestå videre afsætning af de frasorterede ikke-deponeringsegnede fraktioner samt forestå transport af det frasorterede deponeringsegnet affald til Deponi Syd I/S. Ordregiver foretager ikke sortering af affaldsfraktionen forud for, at den overdrages til Tilbudsgiver. Der henvises i øvrigt til udbudsmaterialet for en nærmere beskrivelse af de udbudte opgaver.
