Public tender regarding an operational leasing agreement for 32 electric cars for Vejle Municipality

The tender process covers a total operational leasing agreement for 32 electric cars for the Contracting Authority. The electric cars will be used by the Contracting Authority's employees for work-related driving, including driving to citizens' homes. The usage involves a varied driving pattern, as the cars are used both in urban areas with frequent short trips and in rural areas where trips can be longer, and where driving on less frequented roads may occur. The electric cars will typically be in use most of the working day and used by different employees from day to day. The Contracting Authority therefore needs electric cars that can be used by different users. The Contracting Authority is tendering for one overall operational leasing agreement for all 32 brand new electric cars, which runs for 48 months, and which is generally based on, among other things: • an annual mileage of 10,000 km per car • a fixed monthly leasing fee • service and repair agreement • tire agreement The Contracting Authority desires a leasing agreement where all significant costs associated with the use of the electric cars are included in the fixed monthly leasing fee, so that the Contracting Authority does not incur additional indirect costs during the leasing period, except for those explicitly stated in the contract. The offered monthly leasing fee per electric car must not exceed DKK 2,800 excluding VAT.
