Original language: GermanDas Landesamt für Gesundheit und Lebensmittelsicherheit (LGL) ist eine staatliche Oberbehörde für den Öffentlichen Gesundheitsdienst in Bayern. Ihm stehen im Rahmen des bundesweiten Förderprogramms „Digitales Gesundheitsamt 2025“ Fördermittel aus der EU-Wiederaufbau und Resilienzfazilität zur Verfügung. Das Projekt mit dem Arbeitstitel „ÖGD-Bürgerportal Bayern“ beabsichtigt die Einrichtung einer landesweit nutzbaren, digitalen Websoftware zur Kommunikation zwischen den bayerischen Gesundheitsämtern und Bürgern und Organisationen (bspw. Pflegeeinrichtungen, Kitas, Schulen etc. und Unternehmen). Das „ÖGD-Bürgerportal Bayern“ soll sowohl eine digitale, datenschutzkonforme, medienbruchfreie und bidirektionale Kommunikation ermöglichen. In einer Ausbaustufe soll zudem auch ein Datenaustausch bayerischer Gesundheitsämter untereinander ermöglicht werden. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden zunächst die zentralen Entwicklungsleistungen, sowie Nebenleistungen (Service, Wartung und Betrieb während der Entwicklungsphase, Schulungen am System) über eine Rahmenvereinbarung ausgeschrieben.
