Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje opracowanie kompleksowej dokumentacji projektowej w metodyce BIM w zakresie koncepcji architektonicznej, projektu budowlanego, technicznego i wykonawczego, uzyskanie niezbędnych pozwoleń i uzgodnień, a następnie realizację robót budowlanych wraz z uzyskaniem pozwolenia na użytkowanie w zakresie w/w zadania inwestycyjnego.
