Rodzaje odpadów, które są objęte przedmiotem zamówienia: 1) papier (15 01 01, 20 01 01); 2) szkło (15 01 07, 20 01 02); 3) metale i tworzywa sztuczne, opakowania wielomateriałowe (15 01 06, 15 01 04, 15 01 02, 20 01 39); 4) odpady komunalne ulegające biodegradacji (20 02 01, 20 01 08, 20 01 38, 15 01 03, 20 01 38); 5) pozostałości z sortowania/niesegregowane (zmieszane) odpady komunalne (20 03 01, 20 03 99, 20 02 03). Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 3 części, z której każda stanowi odrębny teren złożony z miejscowości wchodzących w skład Gminy Oława, to jest: 1) Część nr 1 – Okręg 1: Bystrzyca, Janików, Stary Górnik, Stary Otok, Ścinawa, Ścinawa Polska, Godzikowice, Gać, Chwalibożyce, Jankowice Małe, Psary, Maszków – liczba mieszkańców wg deklaracji – 5 305. Liczba złożonych deklaracji stan na dzień 30.09.2025 r. – 1 781) 2) Cześć nr 2 – Okręg 2: Marcinkowice, Jankowice, Siedlce, Zakrzów, Lizawice, Stanowice, Sobocisko, Zabardowice, Miłonów, Marszowice, Jaczkowice; – liczba mieszkańców wg deklaracji (stan na dzień 30.09.2025 – 6 370.
