Framework agreement for the procurement of water meters, preparation for verification and verification of water meters, and expansion of the remote water consumption reading system in the territorial area under the Contracting Authority's jurisdiction

The aim of the public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement between the contracting authority and one economic entity for the procurement of measuring equipment for measuring the supplied water service to end-users; preparation of water meters for verification (service) and verification of water meters owned by the Contracting Authority. In the KD ViK Rijeka system, reading and remote reading of consumption are part of a whole that includes water meters as an indivisible part of the remote reading system. KD ViK Rijeka, in accordance with the company's available resources, systematically and strategically works on the development of advanced metering infrastructure in order to achieve the set goals for reducing losses and increasing the accuracy of measuring equipment. The existing remote reading system works by downloading data on water consumption from water meters with radio modules at least once a month using remote reading equipment and software. The subject of the procurement is a complete system in which water meters, radio modules, i.e., water meters with integrated radio modules, equipment, and software for remote reading used by the Contracting Authority must be compatible with each other for the system to function at the desired level.
