Predmetom zákazky je dodávka a montáž 400 kV olejovej regulovateľnej tlmivky, ktorá bude umiestnená v PS SR v elektrickej stanici Veľké Kapušany. Olejová tlmivka s výkonom 200 MVAr pri Un 420 kV (max. trvalé prevádzkové napätie 430 kV; ďalej len ako „Tlmivka“) vrátane jej odskúšania vo výrobnom závode, dovozu, montáže a odskúšania na stanovišti a účasť a koordinácia so zhotoviteľom stavby na jej uvedení do prevádzky. Potrebná stavebná a technologická časť bude predmetnom samostatnej PNI v dostatočnom predstihu pred termínom dodania a bude obstaraná postupom VO, aby nedošlo k umelému rozdeleniu predmetu zákazky. Predpokladaný čas dodávky je 5 rokov od podpisu zmluvy na dodávku.
