Waterschap Hunze en Aa's is voornemens om een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor het onderhoud van klimaatbeheerinstallaties.
De scope:
- Uitvoering van het jaarlijks preventief onderhoud van verwarmingsinstallaties en airco’s op locaties van het Waterschap;
- Oplossen van storingen;
- Opstellen van rapportages die digitaal opgeleverd dienen te worden en beschikbaar worden gesteld aan het Waterschap;
- Werkzaamheden op het gebied van installatietechniek, zoals het omleggen van waterleidingen, vervanging van verwarmingsketels, airco’s en pompen, alsmede het uitvoeren van correctieve acties t.b.v. de hierboven genoemde installaties.
