De overeenkomst bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit: • het leveren van masten en armaturen; • het (ver)plaatsen, vervangen, monteren en aansluiten van verlichtingsobjecten, masten en armaturen; • het coördineren van werkzaamheden aan het gereguleerde netwerk; • het uitvoeren van, preventief en correctief onderhoud, bestaande o.a. uit: • het organiseren en in bedrijf houden van een storingswachtdienst; • uitvoeren van regulier onderhoud; • opheffen van storingen en defecten; • herstellen van schades, veroorzaakt door aanrijdingen of vernielingen; • herstellen van schade als gevolg van ouderdom of slijtage; • verplaatsen van verlichtingsobjecten; • opnieuw richten van scheefstaande masten; • vervangen van masten en armaturen; • het onderhouden van objecten van derden zoals NBD (voorheen ANWB) verlichting, abri's, etc.; • rapporteren van de verrichte werkzaamheden; • het aanleveren van schade-informatie bij aanrijding ten behoeve van schadeverhaal; • het aanleveren van mutaties ten behoeve van gegevensbestanden in Excel; • het aanleveren of verwerken van revisiegegevens.
