Description

Onion Lake Cree Nation (OLCN) invites proposals from qualified consulting firms for Community Development Feasibility Studies, Site Investigations, Master Planning, and Conceptual Design Services. The scope includes geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, land surveys, infrastructure and utility capacity assessments, feasibility studies, phased master planning, and conceptual designs for proposed institutional, community, residential, and future commercial developments. The project will prioritize Phase 1 institutional development while ensuring infrastructure capacity accommodates future Phase 2 commercial expansion. Initial construction is targeted for April 2028.
