Description
The Owner intends to install two (2) Onshore Power Supply (OPS) systems, each rated at 12 MVA. Power supply from grid supply at 33 kV, output from OPS shall be 11/6.6 kV and capable of operating at 50/60 Hz. The installation will comprise two connection zones, and each zone will have three (3) connection points serving a single cruise ship. The Owner is seeking modular solution-based on up to a maximum container size of 30-foot modules stackable to a maximum height of three. The design shall consider all applicable load conditions and seismic forces that the structure may be subjected to, according to specification in this document and other applicable specifications. The OPS containers assembly will be enclosed with a structure which will be built by Other. This tender is for the OPS power transformation system, and electrical engineering for shore side connection cabinets, and the overall testing of the systems. This is better described in document “101462-010-SPE-001 technical specification”.
