Design of SCENOGRAPHY for EXHIBITIONS FOR MUSEUMS BRUGGE

This tender concerns the "Design of Scenography for Exhibitions for Musea Brugge," forming Lot 1 of a framework agreement. The primary focus of the scenographic design will be the exhibition spaces within BRUSK and the Groeningemuseum. The scope of work includes the design of the scenography, project coordination, and the delivery of a tender-ready execution file. This file will comprise a production specification, execution drawings, inventory, cost estimate, and templates for graphic implementation. Musea Brugge places a strong emphasis on sustainability and prioritizes the maximum use of (in-house) reusable exhibition materials in its designs. Each design proposal must fully integrate this principle. The assignment also includes optional services such as the creation of a lighting plan for the exhibition, the design of graphic elements and lettering (including captions, labels, text panels, colophon text, banners, QR code references, etc.), the design of climate control boxes and display cases, and the execution of text editing and/or translations.
