Original language: DutchVoor deze ontwikkeling / verbouwing wil de gemeente een ontwerp late opstellen door een architect. De werkzaamheden welke de architect moet gaan uitvoeren zijn: 1. Definitief programma van eisen (ruimtelijk functioneel en technisch) 2. Opstellen voorlopig ontwerp (VO op basis van beschikbaar SO), inclusief variantenstudies voor klimaatbeheersing (installaties/ gebouwschil/ monumentaal orgel), comfort en conservering. 3. Definitieve ruimtelijke en technische uitwerking in een definitief ontwerp (DO), inclusief materialisatie, detaillering, installaties, behoud/restauratie van monumentale elementen. 4. Opstellen kostenraming en uiteindelijk een begroting (DO niveau) en faserings-/werkvoorbereidingskaders voor latere aanbesteding uitvoering. 5. Ondersteuning bij voorbereiding vergunningentraject, besluitvorming en participatie.
6. Afstemming met adviseurs, expertteam, RCE en andere relevante partijen. Er ligt op dit moment een schetsontwerp welke is gemaakt door Van Hoogevest Architecten Zie bijlage
