Original language: hrPredmet nabave je nabava, isporuka i smještaj opće opreme i namještaja za potrebe Talijansku osnovnu školu, Scuola elementare italiana, Novigrad - Cittanova, u skladu s tehničkim specifikacijama i količinama navedenima u troškovniku, koji čini sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. U novoj školskoj zgradi smješteni su prostori kako slijedi: 4 učionice za razrednu nastavu, specijalizirana učionica (radionica), učionica za hrvatski/talijanski jezik, učionica za informatiku, učionica za matematiku, učionica za likovnu i glazbenu kulturu, učionica za prirodu i biologiju/kemiju i fiziku, 8 kabineta, zbornica, 4 ureda, prostor za više namjena (PVN), blagovaonica, kuhinja sa spremištima, bibliotečno-informatički centar, spremište i arhiva, radionica kućnog majstora, prostorije tehničkog osoblja, garderobe učenika od 5. do 8. razreda, spremište prve pomoći, 4 spremišta, sanitarije za učenike i nastavnike, vratarnica, hodnici. Nabava opreme podrazumijeva nabavu, isporuku, montažu, postavljanje i ugradnju školskog namještaja i opreme do pune funkcionalnosti sukladno Troškovniku opreme sa grafičkim prilozima. Ukoliko su u troškovniku navedene određene tehničke karakteristike, dimenzije, opisi ili norme, iste predstavljaju minimalne zahtjeve, a u skladu s člankom 211. ZJN 2016, dopuštena je ponuda jednakovrijednih proizvoda, pod uvjetom da ponuditelj u ponudi dokaže jednakovrijednost ponuđenog proizvoda. U cijenu ponude moraju biti uključeni svi troškovi vezani uz predmet nabave, a osobito troškovi: proizvodnje i/ili nabave, prijevoza do lokacije, naručitelja, istovara i smještaja opreme u prostorima škole, svih davanja, poreza i drugih zavisnih troškova. Izvedba mora biti u skladu s Projektom opreme a tehničke specifikacije, količine i zahtjevi definirani su troškovnikom koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi.
