Opdrachtomschrijving: De Omgevingsdienst Flevoland & Gooi en Vechtstreek (OFGV) is momenteel bezig met een traject om de kwaliteit van het locatiebestand te verbeteren. Uit een recent uitgevoerde nulmeting is gebleken dat een aanzienlijk aantal dossiers onjuist of onvolledig is. In veel gevallen gaat het om ontbrekende KvK-nummers, onjuiste adressen of onjuiste statutaire namen. Wij zoeken een team van 6 medewerkers en 1 projectleider (projectteam) die de OFGV kan ondersteunen bij het opschonen van deze gegevens. Dit houdt onder meer in dat de ontbrekende informatie worden opgezocht en gecorrigeerd, zodat deze overeenkomen met de gegevens die geregistreerd staan bij de KvK. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Samen met de OFGV wordt het werkproces opgesteld, inclusief de wijze van dataregistratie Het team van medewerkers gaat aan de slag met het zoeken en corrigeren van onjuiste of ontbrekende gegevens in circa 11.000 locatiedossiers. Deze verbeteringen worden doorgevoerd in de VIA-tool, met als doel een correcte aansluiting op de gegevens van de Kamer van Koophandel (KvK). Het projectteam voert steekproefsgewijs controles uit op de juistheid van de aangebrachte correcties, om de kwaliteit van het werk te waarborgen. Een logboek wordt bijgehouden per dossier voor de herleidbaarheid. Aan het einde van het project wordt hiervan een terugkoppeling aan de OFGV verzorgd.
