Assignment of specialist for DTF eMSW

Stichting Connekt is seeking to hire a functional and IT expert for the implementation of the European Maritime Single Window environment (EMSWe) within the Digital Transport Strategy (DTS), specifically the eMSWe pillar. The scope of work includes analyzing and reviewing the EMSWe Message Implementation Guide, supporting change management processes, developing an action plan for the realization phase (build and test), advising on legislative changes, defining NCA roles and responsibilities, providing DPIA support, and advising on data reuse via SafeSeaNet. The expert must also ensure compliance with government standards for information management, cloud services, and cybersecurity. This assignment requires deep knowledge of maritime processes, European regulations, and IT systems related to maritime transport and single window environments. The goal is to successfully integrate the EMSWe system.

This is a consulting contract in the information and communication technology, transport and logistics and environment and climate sectors, with a focus on Cybersecurity, Cloud Services and Maritime. Located in Netherlands, Europe, this opportunity is open to firms and consortiums.
