Je gaat aan de slag binnen een jonge gemeente die volop in ontwikkeling is. Dit biedt jou de kans om bij te dragen aan procesverbeteringen, onder andere binnen de P&C-cyclus en de verdere professionalisering van projectmatig en programmatisch werken. Als verbindend opdrachtmanager coach je jouw team, stimuleer je hun professionele ontwikkeling en vertrouw je op hun financi?le expertise. Tegelijkertijd vertegenwoordig je hun belangen in de organisatie, bijvoorbeeld bij het stellen van prioriteiten en het bewaken van tijd en capaciteit. Daarmee cre?er je de juiste randvoorwaarden voor het team om optimaal te functioneren. Voor het team financi?n ligt er een groot aantal uitdagingen en opdrachten. De financi?le processen en financi?le sturing moeten verder geoptimaliseerd worden. Daarnaast wordt van je verwacht dat je het team voorbereid op de toekomst en aan de slag gaat met teamontwikkeling. Ook liggen er uitdagingen om de capaciteit structureel op orde te brengen. Samen met je collega?s werk je aan de uitvoering van de gemeentelijke strategie. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de grenzen van je eigen team en zorgt dat de samenwerking met andere afdelingen tijdig en effectief plaatsvindt. Denk aan projecten met een grote financi?le impact of de co?rdinatie van interne verbeterinitiatieven, zoals de ontwikkeling van een managementdashboard. Zo vergroot je het financieel bewustzijn binnen de organisatie en positioneer je jouw team als een waardevolle partner die integraal meedenkt en oplossingen aandraagt. Met wie werk je samen?? 25 collega?s, van wie een deel zich richt op de financi?le administratie. Daarnaast zijn er financieel adviseurs die op allerlei niveaus in de organisatie betrokken zijn. Vooral op juridisch, HR- en vastgoedgebied is er een nauwe samenwerking. Binnen je team helpen collega?s elkaar en ze voelen de ruimte om onderling feedback te geven. Als teammanager heb je buiten de gemeente onder meer contact met Belastingsamenwerking Oost-Brabant en neem je deel aan regionaal financieel overleg in Noordoost-Brabant.
