A public sector organization intends to auction the following serviceable/unserviceable/obsolete medical equipments on “as is, where is” basis: - S.# Item Description Unit/Qty 1 M/s Strongman Waste Incinerator (Dual chamber) Capacity 20KG/hr. 1 2 Mediso Dual Head Spect Gamma Camera Nucline Spirit DHV, Hungary 1 3 Codonics Horizon SF Mediso Connectivity, USA 1 4 Semi-Automatic Chemistry Analyzer Microlab-300 (Merk), Netherland 1 5 Hematology Analyzer, Medonic CA-620, Sweden 1 6 Konica Minolta-Wet Film Processor, SRX-201, Japan 1 7 Liquid Nitrogen Cylinder, 35 LDB, USA 1 8 Rapid Sterilization Machine 1 9 O.T Table, 890x450x1000mm, Korea 1 10 Gamma Camera ADAC with Couch/Colimators/Stand etc. 1 11 ADAC Single Head Gamma Camera, Genesys Epic 1 12 X-Ray Film Processor, MIN-R Mammography Processor KODAK 1 13 Automatic Film Processor CP-345 1 14 Radiotherapy Simulator, HMD-IA 1 Terms & Conditions: - i. Earnest Money: 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted alongwith bid in the shape of Cash/CDR in favor of Sr. Accounts Officer, P.O Box No. 110, Abbottabad, otherwise bid will not be entertained. The same will be refundable to unsuccessful bidders. If the successful bidder(s) fails to complete the contractual obligations, the earnest money will be forfeited. ii. Condition: Items are sold on “As & Where” basis. iii. Taxes: Bids should be inclusive of all government applicable taxes. iv. Collection: Buyer must collect items from the site at their own expense within seven (07) days of award. v. Right Reserved: Seller reserved the right to accept/reject any bid(s) at any stage without assigning any reason. vi. Successful Bidder: Should submit 25% of bid value on the spot. Inspection and Submission: Items are available for inspection at the site (P.O Box No. 110, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad) before the bid submission from 0900 Hrs to 1400 hrs (except Friday & Sunday). Please contact with Store Department (Ext: 253). The envelop may please be duly sealed and marked as a “Financial Proposal” for bid. All financial proposals must be sealed and clearly marked. Only complete submissions will be reviewed. Bids shall be submitted by 1100 hrs on 31st August, 2026 (Monday) at Store Department, P.O Box No. 110, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs and successful bidder(s) will be informed thereof. Note: In case of any un-planned / un-foreseen public holiday, tender will be opened on the next working day at the time mentioned above.
