Description
Reference is made to the tender notice. It is submitted that the opening date of the tender has been delayed as the Open Framework Agreement module is not available in EPADS. An email has already been sent to the EPADS team seeking clarification on the procedure to be adopted for processing the tender under the said method. In the meantime, this Ministry has initiated a corrigendum regarding the delay and revised procurement method, which shall be uploaded accordingly upon finalization of the matter.
