OpenHouse Procedure Various Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients from 01.10.2026

AOK Rheinland/Hamburg announces the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V with the possibility of conclusion at any time within the framework of so-called "OpenHouse procedures" for various active pharmaceutical ingredients with the earliest possible contract start date of 01.10.2026. The specific active pharmaceutical ingredients and the respective earliest possible contract start dates can be found in the current list of active pharmaceutical ingredients in the project space of the DTVP tender portal in the "Tender Documents" section. Under the condition of uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, the conclusion or accession to a discount contract according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V is offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or consortia of pharmaceutical companies. Interested pharmaceutical companies can send a declaration of interest by email to the functional mailbox open-house@rh.aok.de. Separate participation documents are not required. All exchange of documents and information for the execution of the OpenHouse procedure between the companies and the pharmaceutical department of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg will take place via the email mailbox open-house@rh.aok.de. A contract will be concluded with each interested pharmaceutical company. No exclusivity is granted. Accession or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Conclusion or accession to a discount contract is possible at any time, i.e., also after 01.10.2026. The contract duration ends uniformly on 31.12.2028, regardless of the individual contract start. The list of contract subjects will be changed at irregular intervals. All companies verified in the project space of the DTVP tender portal will receive an email in this case with a notification of which active ingredients have been added and when the respective earliest possible contract start date is. Should AOK Rheinland/Hamburg conduct a tender for exclusive contracts in the form of an EU-wide open procedure during the contract period, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU or procurement law. To ensure the highest degree of transparency for the intended contract conclusions, the publication is made in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice is used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedure designation "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this notice form and the publication platform. No further meaning, especially submission to procurement law regulations, unless legally obligated, is associated with this.
