⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation and maintenance of new advanced system, 1 set.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From day of contract start date through March 31, 2029.
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 2 and 3 of the Detailed Regulations for the Application of Accounting Regulations by Organization for Small&Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN.
② Including recomissioned company, not come under the category of anti-social forces defined by Article 2 of the Regulations for Corresponding to Anti-Social Forces by Organization for Small&Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (Regulation 22, Item 37).
③ Have Grade A, B or C in terms of a unified qualification for all ministries and government offices for FY 2025・2026 and 2027, "Provision of service : Information literacy", "Provision of service : Development of software".
④ Regarding other matters, see the bid instruction manual.
⑺ Reception period of tender form : 5 : 00 P.M. July 1, 2026.
