Als operationeel leidinggevende geef je sturing aan een aantal taakvelden binnen de teams Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling (RO) en Ruimtelijk Beheer (RB). In beide teams ligt een ontwikkelopgave. Hierdoor is er behoefte aan tijdelijke extra operationele aansturing. De functie van Operationeel leidinggevende is een pilotproject voor ??n jaar. Als Operationeel leidinggevende geef je leiding aan circa 30 medewerkers van de taakvelden Vastgoed & Grondzaken (team RO) en Beleid & Beheer (RB). Als eerste aanspreekpunt stuur je op de assets in de openbare ruimte, vastgoed en grondzaken. De eindverantwoordelijkheid blijft liggen bij de teamleiders. Tot eind 2026 ga je inzetten op de doorontwikkeling van de taakvelden; hoe kunnen de werkprocessen worden geoptimaliseerd, hoe versterken we de inhoudelijke expertise, hoe verbeteren we de teamcultuur en hoe de samenwerking met andere taakvelden/teams en onze externe omgeving? Bij team RB zal de opdracht zich specifiek richten op de beheeropgave en alles wat daarbij doorontwikkeld dient te worden. In Q4 2026 presenteer je jouw advies voor een toekomstbestendige inrichting van de betreffende taakvelden binnen team RO en RB. Dit doe je in samenwerking met de teamleiders RO en RB en de domeinmanager Ruimte.
