Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för operationell leasing och vagnparkshantering för Ellevio och de koncernbolag som anges som avropsberättigade i upphandlingsdokumenten. Uppdraget omfattar operationell leasing och administration av produktionsbilar, personalbilar och förmånsbilar samt administration av Ellevioägda släpvagnar.
