Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie aktualizacji dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej dla zadania: „Przebudowa ul. Zalewowej (na odcinku od ul. Odrzańskiej do ul. Szmaragdowej)” wraz ze wsparciem Zamawiającego w trakcie procedowania postępowania w sprawie wyłonienia wykonawcy robót budowlanych, w szczególności przez analizę wniosków o wyjaśnienie treści opisu przedmiotu zamówienia, którą będzie stanowić dokumentacja projektowo-kosztorysowa i przygotowywanie wyjaśnień, co stanowi zakres podstawowy przedmiotu Umowy. Realizacja zamówienia stanowiącego przedmiot Umowy ma na celu: − przygotowanie zadania do realizacji; − zapewnienie dokumentacji projektowo – kosztorysowej umożliwiającej wybór wykonawcy robót budowlanych w postępowaniu zgodnym z Prawem zamówień publicznych w tym uzyskanie decyzji ZRID.
