Całość Przedmiotu Zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Zakres podstawowy: Opracowanie koncepcji programowo-przestrzennej uwzględniającej dwa warianty rozwiązań: - Wariant nr 1 z ujęciem łącznicy północnej pomiędzy liniami LK24 i LK131, - Wariant nr 2 bez ujęcia łącznicy; 2) Prawo Opcji nr 1: Pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w czasie trwania i odbioru robót budowlanych objętych opracowaną dokumentacją projektową dla zakresu podstawowego; 3) Prawo Opcji nr 2: Opracowanie, dokumentacji projektowej oraz uzyskanie stosownych decyzji administracyjnych dla łącznicy północnej pomiędzy liniami LK24 i LK131; 4) Prawo Opcji nr 3: Pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w czasie trwania i odbioru robót budowlanych objętych dokumentacją projektową opracowaną w ramach Opcji nr 2; 5) Prawo Opcji nr 4: Przeprowadzenie oceny oddziaływania na środowisko, sporządzenie Raportu o oddziaływaniu na środowisko i pozyskania DUŚ na Raporcie dla linii kolejowej nr 24 (wraz z łącznicą); 6) Prawo Opcji nr 5: Przeprowadzenie oceny oddziaływania na środowisko, sporządzenie Raportu o oddziaływaniu na środowisko i pozyskania DUŚ na Raporcie dla stacji Chorzew Siemkowice; 7) Prawo Opcji nr 6: Dostarczenie Zamawiającemu licencji do Platformy EDMS, umożliwiających prawidłowy nadzór nad realizacją Projektu.
