Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych prawem kompletnych i ostatecznych decyzji administracyjnych umożliwiających realizację robót budowlanych oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania nr 07790 pn. „Budowa trasy tramwajowej wraz z węzłem przesiadkowym w ul. Suchej”. Przedmiotem zamówienia: „Budowa trasy tramwajowej wraz z węzłem przesiadkowym w ul. Suchej” są: a) prace przedprojektowe, przygotowawcze, koncepcyjne oraz inne opracowania, b) opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej – projekt budowlany i wykonawczy (PZT, PAB, PT, PW, ORD), c) opracowanie specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych oraz kosztorysów inwestorskich, ofertowych, przedmiarów robót (STWIORB, KI, KO, PR), d) uzyskanie wymaganych opinii, uzgodnień, pozwoleń i decyzji administracyjnych umożliwiających realizację robót budowlanych, w tym ostatecznej decyzji pozwolenia na budowę i/lub ostatecznej decyzji o zezwoleniu na realizację inwestycji drogowej (PnB / ZRID), e) czynny udział w postępowaniu przetargowym na roboty budowlane w zakresie udzielania odpowiedzi na pytania oferentów dotyczących opracowania dokumentacji, f) pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego.
