Design documentation development for the task of tram track expansion along Kraszewskiego Street with infrastructure [Poznań]

1. The subject of the order is: "DESIGN DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT FOR THE TASK OF TRAM TRACK EXPANSION ALONG KRASZEWSKIEGO STREET WITH INFRASTRUCTURE [POZNAŃ]" - procedure number PIM/10/25/ZP74/2025-421. A detailed description of the subject / scope of design works and the Contractor's obligations related to the execution of the order are included in: OPZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex No. 2 to SWZ) and the draft contract provisions (contract template) (Annex No. 1 to SWZ). 2. The Contracting Authority intends to award orders in accordance with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7) of the Pzp Act (up to 50% of the value of the basic order) in the event of circumstances referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Pzp Act. The subject of the mentioned orders will be similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic order. The Contracting Authority intends to award this type of orders in particular when the necessity and / or need arises to perform scope of works not currently included in the scope of the basic order, and whose execution will be possible through the repetition of similar services, as provided for within the scope of the basic order. 3.
