Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest opracowanie Dokumentacji Projektowej oraz realizacja robót budowlanych mających na celu wybudowanie sieci trakcyjnej, wraz elementami zasilania, kabinami autotransformatorowymi i sterowaniem łącznikami sieci trakcyjnej KDP na odcinku Kotowice – Węzeł Kolejowy CPK – Łódź oraz na odcinkach dowiązania do stanu istniejącego/realizowanego przez PKP PLK wraz z wykonaniem przebudowy istniejącej infrastruktury PKP PLK w miejscach dowiązania w zakresie koniecznym do wykonania. Ponadto, Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do uzyskania certyfikatu weryfikacji WE podsystemu Energia, wystawienia odpowiednich deklaracji weryfikacji oraz przygotowania wszelkiej niezbędnej dokumentacji koniecznej do uzyskania zezwolenia na dopuszczenie do eksploatacji podsystemu Energia na czas nieokreślony.
