Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej, pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego oraz wykonanie robót budowlanych w ramach zadania p.n.: "Budowa metropolitalnej drogi rowerowej nr 1 i nr 7 w Sosnowcu w ramach projektu Zrównoważona, inteligentna mobilność - kluczem do transformacji regionu - Etap 2”. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ – OPZ. 3. Minimalny wymagany przez Zamawiającego okres gwarancji wynosi 60 miesięcy. 4. Zamówienie będzie realizowane w oparciu o dwa źródła dofinansowania: a) Dofinansowanie z Funduszu na rzecz Sprawiedliwej Transformacji w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Śląskiego 2021-2027: Priorytet FESL.10 Fundusze Europejskie na transformację; Działania FESL 10.12 Poprawa mobilności mieszkańców regionu i spójności transportowej podregionów górniczych; b) Dofinansowanie w formie dotacji celowych w ramach Funduszu Odporności, udzielanych przez Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowską Metropolię w Katowicach.
