Część I – odcinek Krościna Mała – Chodlewko Początek opracowania zlokalizowany jest za zjazdem z wiaduktu nad drogą ekspresową S5, usytuowanego na działce nr 131 obręb Krościna Mała. Następnie trasa rowerowa przebiega drogą gminną po działkach: nr 82/9 obręb Krościna Mała, nr 238, 231/2, 231/1 obręb Budzicz, nr 61 obręb Jagoszyce, nr 61 i 45 obręb Chodlewko. Część I kończy się w miejscu połączenia działki drogowej nr 45 obręb Chodlewko z pasem drogowym drogi powiatowej nr 1349D. Na odcinku o długości około 777 m trasa rowerowa prowadzona będzie w ruchu ogólnym istniejącą drogą o nawierzchni asfaltowej, bez konieczności przebudowy jezdni.
