1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej niezbędnej do realizacji inwestycji polegającej na budowie chodnika w ciągu drogi wojewódzkiej nr 650 w miejscowości Grabowo( dz. nr geod. 195 ob. Grabowo oraz 149 ob. Jeziorki)od zjazdu z DW 650 na drogę gminną na dz. nr geod. 152 ob. Jeziorki do zjazdu na drogę powiatową nr 1970N. W ramach zadania Wykonawca zobowiązuje się zaprojektować chodnik jednostronny o szer. min 1,5m w granicach geod. ww. działek oraz zapewnić odpowiednie odwodnienie drogi. Długość projektowanego chodnika wynosi ok. 660 m. Szerokość jezdni wynosi 6,0 m, szerokość pasa drogowego przedmiotowych działek waha się od 12,5 m do 38 m. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został opisany w SWZ oraz w załączniku nr 13 do SWZ. Zakres zamówienia został przedstawiony w załączniku graficznym do SWZ - załącznik nr 12 - Mapa z lokalizacją chodnika (wstępna ustalona koncepcja).
