The subject of the order is the development of complete multi-branch design documentation and tender materials within the scope of the task titled: 'Development of design and cost documentation for tasks carried out within the project 'Revitalization as an opportunity to improve the socio-economic attractiveness of the town of Łubnice - stage II.' 2. The scope of the order includes the following developments: 1) Development 1. Reconstruction and expansion of the Health Center building in Łubnice, including adapting the facility to the needs of people with disabilities: a) The order involves the development of design and cost documentation covering, among others: comprehensive construction works, earthworks related to foundation excavations and backfilling, construction of concrete foundations with reinforcement and waterproofing (both vertical and heavy foundation insulation) related to the expansion of the existing Health Center building located on plot no. 269/8 in Łubnice by approximately 80 m² of usable area, reconstruction of the existing part of the Center, structural works such as construction of external and partition walls, reinforced concrete stairs with railings, construction of rings, columns, beams, ceilings, and chimneys, and roof covering including the roof structure and insulation. Finishing works such as flooring, floor coverings, and painting, plastering, and tiling works are also planned. b) Furthermore, modernization of the electrical installation (including energy-efficient LED lighting and switchboards), water and sewage installation, and central heating is planned. c) As part of adapting the facility to the needs of people with disabilities, a ramp at the entrance is planned, along with horizontal marking of communication routes, a typhlographic board, and an induction loop system for the hearing impaired. d) Documentatio
