Development of design and cost documentation for the headquarters building of the Chrzanów Forest District Contracting Authority: PGL LP Chrzanów Forest District City: Chrzanów CPV: 71320000-7 (Engineering design services), 71220000-6 (Architectural design services), 71321000-4 (Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical building installations), 71322000-1 (Engineering design services for civil and water engineering), 71242000-6 (Project and venture preparation, cost estimation), 71248000-8 (Project and documentation supervision) Type of contract: Services 1) The subject of the order is the development of complete, multi-branch design and cost documentation for the task: "Development of design documentation for the headquarters building of the Chrzanów Forest District, a garage and utility building, and a utility shed, including internal and external electrical and sanitary installations, and accompanying road infrastructure, pedestrian paths, parking spaces, fencing, an antenna mast, and the reconstruction of an existing natural field pond with an area of 850 m2". 2) The subject of the order also includes providing author's supervision over the execution of construction works. 3) The documentation must be prepared to the extent that allows for obtaining a legally binding decision on a building permit and the implementation of the investment. 4) The Contractor is obliged to develop, among others: construction designs, technical designs, executive designs, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), energy performance certificates, and BIOZ information (plan). 5) The Contractor is also obliged to prepare a complete application for a building permit decision. 6) A detailed description of the order is included in the description of the subject of the order – Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
