Development of design and cost documentation for the reconstruction of the Training and Recreation Center complex in Porażyn Contracting Authority: PGL Lasy Państwowe Nadleśnictwo Grodzisk City: Grodzisk Wielkopolski CPV: 71320000-7 (Engineering design services),71242000-6 (Business and commerce project planning and assessment),71248000-8 (Supervision of a project and of works),71250000-5 (Architectural, engineering and survey services),71322000-1 (Civil engineering design services),71330000-0 (Miscellaneous engineering services) Type of contract: Services The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost documentation for the reconstruction of the Training and Recreation Center complex in Porażyn, including obtaining appropriate approvals, opinions, and administrative decisions that allow for the execution of the investment, consisting of: 1) STAGE I: Reconstruction of the conference room along with site development, 2) STAGE II: Enlargement of the dining room located in the basement of the Palace building, 3) STAGE III: Expansion and reconstruction of the Training and Recreation Center building, including comprehensive thermal modernization and interior design, covering the Center's rooms, apartments, main hall, communication routes, and other common spaces, along with site development, 4) STAGE IV: Site development of the Center, including the arrangement of the park and outdoor recreation areas. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Draft Agreement, Annex no. 8 to the SWZ, and Annex no. 9, Description of the Subject of the Contract. The scope of design work includes the execution, separately for each stage: a) geotechnical documentation to the extent necessary for the design work, b) development of conceptual designs and their presentation to the Contracting Authority for approval, along with visualization, c) based on the approved concept, execution, separately for each stage, of the building design in accordance with Art. 34 sec. 3 of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524), to the extent necessary to obtain the required administrative decisions and to carry out the investment, d) obtaining necessary decisions, opinions, approvals, including environmental decisions, water permits, felling permits – if required, e) design of accompanying infrastructure and reconstruction of existing infrastructure – to the necessary extent, f) execution of permanent traffic organization designs and traffic organization during works and their approval, g) execution of the bill of quantities, offer price estimate, investor's estimate.
